We do not offer refunds for any products or services sold through our website.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged,  (can be accepted only with proper photo or video evidence on kaarriidesigns@gmail.com ). Exchanges can be accepted only if you notify us within 24 hours after receiving the package.

For any damage or defect, the product is accepted for exchange only if you provide a clear video while opening your order.

• It will take 5-7 working days to deliver the replacement products.
• For customized orders, the exchange process may take 5-7 working days.

We offer free shipping and returns—no additional charges for delivery or replacements.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
